The successful applicant will work as a Team Member from Tuesday to Thursday and step into the 2IC role from Friday to Saturday, supporting the manager and ensuring the smooth running of the shift. Hours of work: Team Member: Tuesday to Thursday: 3.30pm - 12:00(Midnight). Availability 2IC: Friday & Saturday: 3.30pm - 12:00(Midnight).When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to locate what they want with ease and walk out satisfied. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership.In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager by being responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Fill Teams. This role works evenings.
