Digital Campaign Specialist

Reporting into the Omni Strategy & Experience Lead, the Digital Campaign Specialist (Customer & Digital Experience Manager) will ensure our content, campaigns, journeys and navigation are planned and delivered in a way that drives sales, conversion and customer satisfaction.Working closely with trade, marketing, creative and EDM teams, you’ll help bring our marketing and trade plans to life through smart, seamless digital campaign execution - from homepage updates to onsite content, search optimisation and everything in between.

What you'll be doing:Lead content planning and homepage updates in line with the trade calendar. Support the planning and delivery of Major Trade Events. Manage end to end digital campaign delivery, from briefing through to execution and testing. Understand how can drive the best business outcomes by reviewing the full customer journey.  Understand and grasp the role of channels and the jobs to do at the different stages of the funnel. Make sure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard, with accurate assets, pricing and copy. Align onsite content with EDM and marketing activity.Review and improve customer journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion. Optimise search and navigation for better product discoverability.Monitor campaign performance and share insights to drive improvements. Support the use of CX frameworks for the online environment.
