As a trusted advisor, you'll play a key role throughout the investment lifecycle, turning complex challenges into clear, actionable cases that meet the requirements of government frameworks and unlock critical investment decisions.How you’ll make a difference Lead or contribute to the development of robust investment cases, including Strategic Assessments, Programme Business Cases, Indicative Business Cases, and Detailed Business Cases.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to shape strategic problem definitions, options analysis, economic assessments, and implementation planning.Confidently engage with clients, including central and local government agencies, helping guide projects through assurance processes and funding gateways.Apply strategic thinking to align infrastructure initiatives with broader policy outcomes, such as emissions reduction, mode shift, urban regeneration, and resilience.Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening client relationships.
