We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH - fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc) and administrative support to our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support lineCommunicate and liaison with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phoneEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolutionMaintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutionsSupporting the implementation of Salesforce to the businessLoading and facilitation of oil channel general services monthlySetup, amend and terminate of general services agreements
