Senior Director, Enterprise ANZ

The Senior Director, Enterprise for Nearmap will play a pivotal role in driving the regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and leading the execution for the ANZ enterprise market. This leadership position is integral to achieving key business targets, including incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (iARR), Customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS), and employee engagement. You will oversee a high-performing Enterprise Account Management team and collaborate closely with cross-functional squads to deliver exceptional outcomes in targeted industry verticals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Contribute to the regional GTM strategy and lead its execution for the ANZ enterprise market.Set and define regional performance targets in collaboration with the Executive VP & GM, aligning objectives with corporate HQ functions and managing performance.Own and drive key metrics including iARR, customer NPS, and employee engagement across the ANZ Enterprise market.Team Management & Development:Lead and inspire the Enterprise Account Management teamFoster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and accountability, partnering closely with functional leaders to align goals across cross-functional squads and teams, consisting of Customer Success Managers (CSM), Business Development Representatives (BDR), Industry Marketing Managers (IMM), Solution Engineers (SE), and Partnership Managers.Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, providing coaching, feedback, and career development to build a high-performing team.Operational Excellence:Ensure effective resourcing, capacity, and capability within the GTM functions to meet strategic goals.Regularly assess business opportunities in the ANZ region and recommend resource adjustments to senior management.Develop and implement operational go-to-market plans for the ANZ Enterprise segment in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with internal leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships & Alliances, and other departments to drive the success of the enterprise business.Represent the Enterprise segment to external stakeholders, including industry bodies, strategic customers, and prospects.Compliance & Governance:Ensure compliance with Nearmap's values, policies, local statutory requirements, and corporate guidelines.Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all business dealings.
