You’ll also be actively involved in running and contributing to projects that improve team operations and client outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and mentoring the team through regular one-on-ones and team meetingsOverseeing performance across key metrics like assessments, client satisfaction, and responsivenessConducting call audits and reviewing assessment data to ensure compliance and qualitySupporting complex client needs and managing escalated referralsEnsuring accurate and timely updates to client records in SalesforceEscalating clinical situations appropriately and promptlyA key focus of this role is the review and enhancement of policies and procedures to ensure they remain current, relevant, and aligned with best practice.
