This role provides on-site security to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors by responding to emergencies, addressing disruptive behavior, and monitoring facility activity. It also supports safety procedures, assists with front desk coverage, and collaborates with staff to maintain a secure and professional atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides security services to ensure that the environment is safe for employees and visitorsRemove disruptive customers or be a point of contact for 911/police and/or emergencyImmediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customersEscort unauthorized visitors to appropriate exits, rooms or classesMay assist with front desk coverageFollow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigationsResponds to manager and/or employee requests to intervene with difficult personnel/customersMaintain safety by walking the halls and observing the behavior of othersExhibit interpersonal skills to relate will customers, staff and managersOther duties as assigned
