What You’ll Do:Quality Checks & Compliance: Conduct daily food safety and quality checks, manage compliance documents, and support audits to ensure regulatory standards are met.Regulatory Adherence: Maintain export licenses and verify production meets international food safety regulations and Critical Control Point (CCP) requirements.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to enhance product quality, reduce waste, and implement corrective actions based on data analysis.Sanitation Management: Conduct hygiene inspections, monitor sanitation trends, and ensure compliance with cleaning protocols to maintain food safety.Laboratory Testing: Perform environmental and product sampling for HACCP, manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and support R&D with testing and validation.
