As the Data Entry Clerk, you will complete various accounting and finance support tasks, including accurately entering significant amounts of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. This Data Entry Clerk role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity in Concord, New Hampshire.Major responsibilitiesEnsuring data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
Working with highly confidential materials
Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Working on special projects as assigned
Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
Gathering and organizing information to be entered into the computer; prioritizing entries Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
Proficient with computers and technology platforms
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Knowledge of Document Scanning
Prooing experience preferred
Data entry experience desired
Microsoft Excel experience
