Senior Financial Analyst – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - 2406175485WDescriptionSenior Financial Analyst, IBP will be a critical contributor within the Finance Solutions & Technology team supporting Project SigniFi, which is a multi-year program intended to deliver global standardization, enhanced digital capabilities, and process simplification with the objective of enabling an improved employee experience, aligned with the J&J Finance Way.The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with leaders in the business and be responsible for the design, implementation, simplification, and overall standardization of MedTech’s IBP processes, via enabling technology and process enhancements, that will drive efficiencies across planning cycles. This individual will also collaborate with an extended core team of cross functional experts within Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Technology who will be accountable as well for driving the design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Integrated Business Planning capabilities across J&J MedTech.This role must be able to work cross-functionally with various levels of the organization (e.g., Directors, Managers, Analysts) across all regions to develop the global standard requirements for the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model within EP&A.Key Responsibilities:

Key contributor on an EP&A Squad comprised of a global team of cross functional experts, in the end-to-end process design, and the resulting application build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities for the IBP MedTech initiative.

Partner closely with end users and key project team members to understand and document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specifications for respective planning model.

Ensure cross-program interdependencies, conflicts, and challenges are transparently communicated to SigniFi program leadership & proactively work with respective stakeholders to implement controls & risk mitigations to resolve issues and keep project on track.

Responsible for executing testing strategy, inclusive of developing test use cases, writing test scripts, and partnering with SMEs to execute tests and document/remediate any issues.

Support and Lead Ad Hoc projects and analytics.

Develop and track metrics for the SigniFi Program

Understand system calculations and dataflows so that key points can be summarized to end-users.

Develop, maintain, and deploy FP&A process documentation (examples include process flows, integrated business requirements, desktop procedures, training materials, etc.)

Partner with change management, communications, and training team to ensure global process changes are adhered to and adopted by the broader organization.

Support the crafting of executive messages to Senior Finance Leaders

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.

A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.

Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions is preferred.

Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) is required.

Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with executive leadership team members is required.

The ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management is required.

Foundational project management skills are preferred.

Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required.

Innovative and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design is preferred.

Anaplan knowledge and Builder Certifications also preferred.

Advanced degrees such as a CPA, CMA or MBA/Master’s is preferred.

The location for this role is within NA or LATAM. Presence in New Brunswick, NJ, USA will be required on an ad hoc basis.

The role may require 5%-10% domestic and/or international travel, based on employee’s home location.

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
