Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Security Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team in ensuring the security of VR, AR, and MR applications on the VROS (Android-based platform and operating system) and future platforms within the Meta Store ecosystem. As the manager, you will play a critical role in protecting our users, app developers, and the platform itself from a wide range of threats. You will build trust among our user base, foster a secure environment for developers, and safeguard our ecosystem of applications.Required Skills: Software Engineering Manager, Trust Security - Reality Labs Responsibilities:

Lead a team of skilled engineers in the development and implementation of cutting-edge security solutions for VR, AR, and MR applications.

Develop and execute strategies to protect users from threats in the Meta Store applications, including malicious applications and privacy policy violators.

Develop and execute strategies to protect and support app developers (1p and 3p) to help them create and distribute their applications securely within the Meta app ecosystem.

Ensure the platform's robustness against app threats, vulnerabilities, and exploits through proactive security measures and continuous monitoring.

Build trust and confidence among app users and developers by consistently delivering secure experiences and addressing security concerns promptly.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.

Proven track record of building and supporting cross-functional teams.

Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers.

Effective communication skills, with the experience to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of growing teams and organizations.

Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for software development and security.

BS / MS in Computer Science (In lieu of degree, relevant work experience).

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in security (application security, vulnerability management).

Experience working on security for AR or VR.

Experience in Android.
