The role We're building the next generation of consumer products inside talabat through our New Ventures organization. This is a 0→1 product role at the heart of that org: a Product Manager who can take ideas from concept to launch, and from launch to product-market fit, across a portfolio of new business bets.You'll be a core Product Manager on the New Ventures team, shaping how millions of MENA shoppers experience entirely new categories and business models that don't yet exist on the platform. Each venture behaves differently: different shoppers, different supply, different unit economics, different competitive dynamics. The constants are ambiguity, speed, and a high bar for customer love.You'll work directly with venture leaders, engineering, design, data, commercial, brand, and CX counterparts dedicated to each bet. Expect to operate across multiple ventures during your time on the team, taking learnings from one and applying them to the next.Why this role is rare:

Direct exposure to leadership across talabat and Delivery Hero, with executive visibility from week one.What's on your plate? Champion features that solve real shopper needs in whichever new venture you're embedded in: from acquisition and discovery to retention and repeat behavior.Build for scale: designing products that work across diverse shopper segments and MENA-specific market contexts.Work within a cross-functional team of Product, Engineering, and Data to build and ship impactful features.Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and raise the quality of decisions.Collaborate closely with design and research to uncover unmet shopper needs and identify opportunities.Partner with commercial, marketing, and brand teams to define and launch go-to-market plans.Coordinate with other product teams to make sure the new venture is aligned with talabat's end-to-end customer lifecycle.Lead the discovery process for your squad: owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation.Immerse yourself in understanding the shopper for whichever venture you're building: who they are, what they value, how they discover and buy, and what stands in their way.Combine customer interviews, data analysis, and market insights to find and de-risk opportunities.Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions that move the venture's core metrics.Carry learnings forward. Apply what worked in one venture to the next, and help the team build a shared playbook for going from 0 to 1.Define and evolve the product strategy, balancing customer love with business impact.Prioritise problems and solutions based on customer needs and impact on squad KPIs.Enhance and scale the core experience through continuous iteration.Own the roadmap, ensuring alignment with the venture's strategic objectives.
