This position is responsible to grow Sika roofing product sales at the regional level to customers (contractors, architects, consultants, and building owners) to achieve pre-determined sales and profit objectives.  The candidate needs to have excellent communication, organizational and reporting skills.  Experience in the commercial roofing industry or calling on architects for Division 7 construction material sales is preferred.  This position reports to the Mid-Atlantic regional manager.Specific Responsibilities:Position Sika as a company that provides quality products and servicesIdentify and create new market opportunitiesSolely responsible to oversee specification activity through Roofing Consultants, Architects, Engineers and all other influencing partiesRoofing contractor sales growth and account managementEstablish and manage key owner relationships and activities within territory
