Manager, Partner Success- CNBC Events

The Manager, Partner Success is a critical member of the CNBC / NBCU Events sales and marketing team. This team is responsible for all post-sale sponsorship execution efforts within the growing CNBC and NBCU events portfolio, which includes 60+ conferences, thought leadership dinners, and other live + virtual events. This role involves significant client contact and project management duties, with the Manager serving as the main point of contact for all event sponsors post-sale and overseeing all aspects of client integration into each CNBC / NBCU event. This position is based at CNBC headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, and will be expected to maintain a coordinated presence at the sales & marketing office in New York City. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Partner Success.What you'll do: Manage all event sponsors post-sale and trouble-shoot as necessaryLead client kick-offs and regular planning callsCreate sponsor timelines and project manage all details of event sponsorship, working in close coordination with sales, marketing, production, editorial, and audience development teamsCommunicate and maintain brand standards and processes to sponsors/agencies · Creatively conceive sponsor activations, in coordination with the events production team, to align with client goals and enhance attendee experienceCreate sponsorship executive briefs and share with all relevant sponsor stakeholders · Attend events to coordinate on-site sponsor activations with production team and manage sponsors on-the-groundParticipate in event planning meetings to represent commercial side and advocate for sponsorsAs needed, liaise with media & events sales/marketing teams during pitch-phase to develop customized client ideas that fulfill client KPIs and work within the scope of each eventContribute to creation of all post-event sponsorship recap documents for clientsAttend relevant client meetings and support with sponsorship renewalsMaintain a strong understanding for industry standards and competitive landscape and share updates with events teamWork in coordination with the Director and the Manager of Sales & Marketing to develop appealing sponsorship benefits packages to maximize revenue potential for events businessManage all contracts and invoicingHybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.What we’ll offer:   At CNBC Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, you’ll have access to great perks and amenities:  Sweat it out  Free onsite fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, basketball court and running course, plus daily group classes  Eat up  Gourmet cafeteria with daily specials plus soup and salad bars  Unwind  Massage therapy, ping pong tables, foosball  Extras  Dry cleaning, shoe shining and sneak peeks   Don’t have a car?
