This individual will successfully handle tasks and projects with minimal management initiation or review, identifying process improvements and solutions to management.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Aggregating, tracking & submitting sales related expenses, budgets, & invoicesLaunching & supporting new and existing sales & marketing related programsManage and support Sales & Marketing contracting processLead Sales & Marketing team logistics (registration, contracting, payments, travel) for local / regional sales related physician/patient conferencesLocal and regional meetings supportSpeaker programs supportConferences support and other events (ad boards, trainings)Sponsorships process & submissionsWork closely with the P2P and HCP leadsSupport Thought Leader Liaison TeamHCP Management & event planning: HCP contracts, HCP payments, travel & accommodations, invoice trackingPerforming diverse, and often time-sensitive, administrative functions, projects, and tasksCoordinating with select vendors to assist in sales & marketing projects ensuring company business needs are being met (i.e. meeting planning)Ability to be physically present at the NY office location 3 times/week during regular company hours when required (at least once per month and for in person training, Greater NY candidates preferred)All other duties as assignedEXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:Travel: 3 days/week in NJ office requiredHours: 40+ hours per week.
