The Senior Superintendent plays a crucial role in managing field operations for projects ranging from $5M to $75M, ensuring timely and profitable completion. This position involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion, while maintaining high-level client relationships and directing a team of Superintendents and subcontractors. The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the successful implementation of construction techniques, site logistics, project scheduling, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the full cycle of commercial design-build projects, including masonry, steel, and wood frame projects.Lead project teams in constructing buildings according to construction drawings and specifications.Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including subcontractors, on-site employees, Project Managers, and Project Executives.Develop and implement overall project set-up, site logistics, and project-specific work scopes.Create and manage detailed project work schedules, identify the critical path and expediting critical materials and equipment.Address and resolve subcontractor schedule impacts and productivity issues.Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are secured and maintained.Oversee work among all trades to ensure coordinated project operations and compliance with contract documents.Lead and mentor Superintendents and Carpenters.Document and respond to field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule.
