We want you to be a part of our team!The Site Coordinator will be working for Randstad at the MilliporeSigma Manufacturing facility in Jaffrey, NH.Monday-Friday 8:0am -5:00pm (The schedule has some flexibility)Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of the Site Coordinator will be to help manage the account through onboarding, scheduling, Vendor Management Systems like Fieldglass & Peoplenet, data entry and other basic administrative tasks.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:
Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to MS Office (Google Suite experience is a plus)
professional communication skills
Customer service experience (preferred) or ability
Detail oriented
VMS experience is a plus
Education:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to take a drug screen and background screening
