The ideal candidate for this position will be asavvycreativewriterwith excellent storytelling skills,experienceinproducing B2B branded content and writing about solutions and products.The Content Team is measured on the continuous improvement of customer nurturing and retention through storytelling, as well as the increase in new prospects throughcontentdevelopment and deployment toeach targeted audience.Success is measured around a customer’s journey, customer satisfaction, and advocacy.

The Content Marketing Expert will contribute to communication initiatives to address the local market outreach. This role will be responsiblefor managing all content channels includingblogs,whitepapers, and other marketing materials, in alignment with the marketing team in HQ and contributing to Infobip's regional strategy.In addition, responsible for both,short-form and long-form,to leverage messaging, positioning, and value propositions content marketing writing such as web page copy, blog posts, meta-descriptions, landing page copy, social media & paid media assets copy, emails, event descriptions, brochures, presentation scripts and more.

Reporting directly to theIntegrated Campaign Manageryou will work also work closely with DemandGenerationteams, Integrated Campaign Managers and PR & SM Lead to create engaging web page copy, case studies, eBooks, infographics, product sheets and nurture flows. You will collaborate with the Sales team and Product Marketing on sales enablement content including case studies, data-driven blog posts and pdfs, and educational content about our products and solutions.And finally, our Growth Marketing team on content distribution, content optimization, and SEO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Producing and evaluating content that results in an increase in the volume of organic traffic on the website (SEO optimization) and potential customers obtained through online channels (websites, advertising, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the other marketingteams oncontent distribution, content optimization, and SEO
  • Quality assuring and delivering content in timely manner
  • Collaborating with all key experts who ensure complete knowledge of products and solutions
  • Precising, style improving and contributing to brand development
  • Analyzing complex data and information on the performance of produced content; suggesting improvements
  • Ensuring that the content is in line with the strategic branding of the organization.
  • Supporting content strategy planning and development
  • Mentoring content teammembers

  • Ensuring a positive brand recognition and have consistency across chosen published channels.
  • Increasing defined customer engagement metrics (measured by users taking the desired actioni.e.conversions, subscription, trial, etc.).
  • Ensuring website and social media traffic growth.
  • Taking care of conversion metrics,definition,and growth.
  • Taking care of customer feedback and survey data, as well as social media positive sentiment metrics.
  • Ensuring increases in key search engine keyword rankings.
  • Ensuring decrease in sales/buying cycles (time).
  • Clearly defining content distributionthroughoutparticular stagesof the buying cycle (lead nurturing).
  • Identifyingup-sell and cross-sell opportunities through contentanalysis anddeploying content assets for higher conversion rates.

More about you:

  • Youhaveproven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English language.
  • YouholdaBachelor'sdegree in English, Journalism, Marketing, PublicRelationsor related communications field. MBA in marketing a plus.
  • You'vebeen working at least5years as a leader in multichannel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.)or in Public Relations, Marketing or communications in IT or similar industries, Fintech or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are meticulous and know how to organize your time.
  • You’re able to work well independently and collaboratively.
  • You'reexperienced with creating compelling messages for different target demographics. Crisis communications experience a plus.
  • Hands on experience using Search Engine Optimization (SEO), HTML and web traffic metrics
  • Extensive experience CMS tools such as WordPress.
  • Experience using Google Analytics is a plus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where individual initiative is critical.
  • Flexibility, willing to step up to the challenge with a solution focused mind set.
  • Ability to unravel technical product information into clear and concise copy
  • Be a strong independent researcher and concise communicator both verbally and in writing with the ability to understand and develop messages for a wide range of issues and audiences.
  • Be able to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple, potentially conflicting tasks.
  • Be able to work effectively with a creative, global workforce and within a virtual team.
  • Have experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. Eloqua, SFDC).
  • Interest in digital communication, Software as a Service (SaaS), web services, technology, and industry trends.
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns is a plus.
