Verisk is looking for a proven Director of Strategic Planning and Development within the Marketing team to increase the impact of the Verisk Marketing and Communications organization. This individual will lead strategic marketing planning for Verisk Marketing and Communications, manage process improvements and workforce operations, and develop training and engagement initiatives that create a high-performance team. This individual will be responsible for marketing goal setting and monitoring performance, defining standards through internal and external insights, managing resources, and driving change, as well as managing and developing ongoing communications across multiple channels both within the team and to senior leaders that highlight key initiatives and demonstrate marketing’s value to the business.The ideal candidate should have significant expertise in marketing, project management, and strategic planning.
