Kōrero mō te tūranga / About the roleSitting at the heart of operations, you’ll connect the people, resources and priorities that keep our assets performing. Working closely with operations, maintenance, projects, contractors and customers, you’ll:Develop and manage short, medium and long-term operational work plans.Coordinate planned maintenance, outages, inspections and field activities.Build fortnightly and monthly schedules, balancing changing priorities and operational requirements.Coordinate contractors, resources, permits and documentation to keep work moving.Support asset management, lifecycle planning and maintenance programmes.Track operational, maintenance, safety and compliance KPIs.Maintain planning dashboards and provide clear visibility of upcoming work.Communicate outage and maintenance plans with customers and key stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve planning, reliability and operational performance.
