We are seeking Prefabricators, Carpenters, and Production Facility workers of various backgrounds to join our growing team at our Keene Production Facility. We are hiring for full time positions for our Second Shift (2:30-11 PM), where you will be working Monday to Friday and have the weekend off! Did we mention those hired for the Second Shift will earn an additional $2.50/hr Shift Differential!Your role will include:

Building walls, roofs, and floors all in our climate-controlled facility

Framing

Sheathing

Insulating

CNC operation

Window & door installation

Air Sealing

Bundling

Forklift operation

Skills and Qualifications:

Desire to learn & apply innovative sustainable building techniques

Strong attention to detail

Carpentry and woodworking knowledge is valuable (we pay for experience!)

Experience working in a production facility is helpful

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude

Ability and desire to travel maybe required if performing on site installation

Other duties as assigned

1+ years on-site experience preferred for our Installers

Computer literacy and familiarity in AutoCAD or similar programs helpful

Compensation & Benefits

Pay commensurate with experience plus differential for Second Shift

Per Diem if travelling

Production work done in a climate-controlled indoor space

Tools/vehicles provided
