Description
We need to fill this position with an experienced Project Manager. Apply with Robert Half today for this Project Manager role, working onsite in the Laconia, New Hampshire area. Your responsibilities
- Comprehend and manage project interdependencies
- Lead cross functional projects across a variety of functions or systems
- Ensure project priorities align with strategies and objectives
- Assign the right people with the right skills at the right time
- Develop complex project plans with key milestones, and execute on those plans
- Proactively recognize and resolve risks
Requirements
- Must have superb stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Skilled in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people
- Knowledge of Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience
- Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects
- Skilled in technical applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application
- Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex technology projects
