Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstands engineering drawings, factory orders, and routers to determine marking requirementsUse the appropriate marking method (Electro-Etch, Laser, Vibro-Peen, Dot-Peen, Ink) to clearly and correctly identify materials, test pieces, and other assemblies as requiredBarcode scan or manually enter identification requirements in the computerManually transfer ink marking onto part surfacesPre-form aluminum tags before assemblyApply aluminum tags into placeAssemble stainless tags onto hoses and tubesAssemble shrink sleeve over marking as required and set in placeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on timeOther duties may be assigned as needed
