Job Title: CNC Router OperatorJob DescriptionAerotek is hiring immediately for a CNC Router Operator! We are looking to add a CNC Router Operator to our team! Our Londonderry facility is one of two fabricating facilities in the country. We have a small team and need another router operator/machine operator to join us. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits!Responsibilities
Operate CNC routers and cutters for plastics fabrication, bending, and design.
Identify quality issues such as depth inaccuracies and design flaws.
Perform minimal changes to tooling and programming as needed.
Prioritize workflow based on customer needs.
Collaborate with the team on all machines, assembly, and shipping tasks.
Work extended hours and overtime during the busiest time of year (October-April) to meet customer demands.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a small machine shop
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th
Proficiency with calipers and micrometers
Experience in setting up machines and setting tolerances for custom parts
Comfortable working with wood, metals, and plastics

With only four people in the shop, teamwork and flexibility are crucial. The shop is clean, not overly loud, and requires the use of PPE such as steel-toe shoes and safety glasses.
