The Supply Chain Operational Excellence team embraces problem-solving and leadership as keys to continuous improvement, driving overall business transformation. This role has direct responsibility for the inventory controlling and analytics teams for LUSY, leading the monthly supply chain performance management cycle and the analytics and data strategy related to Supply Chain reporting. This role identifies opportunities and strategies across people, processes, and technology. It leads efforts to influence internal and external stakeholders - including Supply Chain, 3PL partners, and the Lactalis US control tower to achieve cost, service, and commercial objectives. This role is responsible for delivering supply chain operational transformation by deploying strategic programs and continuous improvement tools. It also supports the business in simplifying existing processes, ensuring new processes are reliable and efficient, and optimizing resource use.From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:
Manage and monitor service and cost performance for all 3PL distribution in collaboration with Lactalis USA (LUSA) Logistics. Provide analyses and represent the businesses for network transitions and Groupe Warehouse reporting needs, including short and long-term utilization projections across the warehouse network.
Ensure effectiveness of the Inventory controlling functions. Responsible for: inventory accuracy, losses, cycle count policies, opportunities for improvement, determining root causes. Ensure compliance with policies, help trouble shoot across the network, and manage pallet rental programs. Accountable to drive inventory accuracy across network and share expertise with local teams to drive continuous improvement.
Provide oversight of Supply Chain score-carding, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis to ensure consistency of data and files maintained for ease of wider team use. This includes working across functions to ensure transparency of network on time and saturation, customer orders, Customer Service Level (CSL) rates and reasons, and plant attainment.
Develop analytical insights and recommendations to cross-functional business partners (finance, sales, marketing, etc.) – helping them gain a better understanding of supply chain results through data analytics and identify profitability/penalties reduction opportunities, aiding their own decision-making.
Support the Lactalis US Yogurt (LUSY) budgeting processes for transportation and warehousing in collaboration with the LUSA Control Tower. Ensure all inputs are accurately represented, and forecasting variables are aligned and understood.
Ensure the business team has visibility to anticipate network capacity constraints. Develop mitigation and action plans with local and central teams.
Proactively drive ongoing improvements to the business processes/systems in support of key business objectives.
Conduct root cause analysis and prepare action plans to address chronic operational challenges that impact service performance (warehousing, transportation for intra company and customer movements).

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain disciplines (e.g., Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service) or other business functions.
Proficiency in Excel and general knowledge of other MS Office applications, SAP experience preferred.
People management experience with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, develop teams, and drive performance to achieve organizational goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
