Description We are in search of a meticulous Administrative Assistant coming out of the investment/insurance/financial planning space to our clients growing team in Manchester, New Hampshire. As an Administrative Assistant, your main role will be providing administrative support to our financial advisors. This role is pivotal in our company's operations, and will involve processing new business applications, managing client data, and assisting in meeting preparation.Responsibilities: Handle and process new business applications in an efficient manner Collect and manage client data ensuring its accuracy and availability Assist in the preparation for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and data are available Generate reports as required and execute marketing projects when needed Collaborate with tax office affiliate and provide service to existing clients as directed Research product solutions with vendors and generate appropriate proposals Maintain and manage client files, meeting records, and account transactions Oversee licensing requirements and associated compliance details Master various software systems, including our client relationship management tool Answer phones, emails, and faxes, providing excellent customer service Assist with front office reception and office maintenance duties Manage special projects as they arise.Requirements Experience in investment/insurance field REQUIRED Proficiency in Data Entry is required. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial. Ability to work in a team and independently. High school diploma or equivalent education level. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Comfortable with using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent time management skills.
