The program focuses on addressing the physical, social, personal, and family needs of the residents to stabilize their lives and encourage personal growth. The Webster House aims to rebuild relationships, offer counseling, educat ion, and activities, and prepare residents for adult life through a partnership approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinician at The Webster House Children’s Home. The Licensed Clinician will be responsible for providing counseling, therapeutic interventions, and mental health services to the residents. The role involves working closely with the youth, families, and the program team to address emotional and behavioral challenges, facilitate growth, and promote overall well-being.Qualifications Strong counseling and therapeutic skills Experience in providing mental health services to children and adolescents Knowledge of trauma-informed care and intervention techniques Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, or Professional Counselor Understanding of child development and family dynamics Master's degree in Social Work, or related field Qualifications
