As a District Service Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Field Service Engineers for the Western New England district for Imaging Systems customer services, participating in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to achieve annual revenue targets from core business and value-added services. Your team will be responsible for customer satisfaction, performing to maintain and enhance the image of Philips in the local marketplace.Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Albany, NY (the Western New England district covers parts of NY, VT, NH, and MA).Your role:

Full P/L responsibilities

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in leadership within healthcare equipment services or sales. Diagnostic imaging background highly preferred.

Your skills include solid experience managing a profit/loss business and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to generate growth in revenue; ability to create competitive strategies and plans.

You have a bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

You have excellent leadership, teamwork, influencing, mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent analytical, organization, and time management skills; effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation, and ability to effectively interact with customers.

You must be able to:

Travel for business and operate a company motor vehicle/drive (must maintain licensure and comply with fleet policy).

Lead/supervise others.

Comply with vendor credentialing.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
