About the Role
As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the hotel.
What You’ll Be DoingCleaning and servicing guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and storage spaces to luxury presentation standardsReplenishing amenities, linen, and guest supplies with exceptional attention to detailSupporting housekeeping operations through linen distribution, stock control, laundry coordination, and equipment upkeepAssisting with manual handling tasks including rollaway beds, cots, and housekeeping equipmentManaging uniform operations including distribution, laundering coordination, minor repairs, and inventory controlFollowing hotel procedures for the safe handling of chemicals, equipment, keys, and guest propertyReporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost property promptly and professionally
