In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to lounge patrons and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment. As a casual - doorman / porter, you will assist with greeting guests, managing access control, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operation of the lounge.To meet and greet all guests as they arrive and depart the First Class LoungesEnsure guests are entering the correct lounges with understanding boarding passes. Repetitive heavy lifting of passenger luggage's Ensure guests are dressed to an appropriate standard in the loungesHanding over to other departments VIPs checking and any additional relevant information or request to ensure smooth customer experience.Explain airport and lounge facilities to guests and answer any questions, including applicable flight information.Occasional assistance with Qantas Hosts/F&B Departments Ensure, apply, and respect grooming, performance and conduct standards at all times.Regular checks of the foyer, cleaning of curbside (if required) and ensure the Premium Check in Suite is kept presentable at all times.Assist with any additional dutuies required by management/QantasAttend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
