Operates/manages multiple automatic screw machines. Complete in-process inspections using gages provided and following control plan. Follows “3-Container System” procedure to ensure parts are conforming to print. Document appropriate information on downtime sheets and in grind log. Maintains production goals. Communicate from shift to shift on machine conditions. Notifies Production Supervisor of any defective condition or non-conformities. Make tool changes and proper tool adjustments. Maintain all operator preventative maintenance on machines per schedules. Inspect and sorts as needed. Processes chips in chip system. Conduct bar stamping as needed
