We currently have multiple exciting opportunities for Analysts available within our Category Management team of the National Buying department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. These are permanent full-time positions. The Category Management team are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise sales and profitability across product categories. This includes analysing market trends, managing supplier relationships, optimising product assortment, and ensuring that pricing aligns to the business objectives.What does the role look like?Create and maintain tools and reports to effectively analyse large data sets across multiple sources and provide key stakeholders with relevant business insights in a timely mannerIdentify performance improvement opportunities and leverage off data-driven insights and recommendations to enable the National Buying department to optimise ranging and category management processesBuild and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams to develop and analyse data needsProviding any other support as required by the Executive Manager to support the broader Buying Department
