We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to join our care team as a Clinical Nurse Lead at Summerset in the Bay. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.Role responsibilities:Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.Working closely with Care Centre Manager to help support safe operation of the care team.Active involvement with the Summerset quality management programme.Consult with residents and their advocates to establish shared expectations of care and service deliveryActing as a clinical liaison for health care team members with a key focus on the primary care team, pharmacists, podiatrists, physiotherapist, dietitian, and specialist services that are required for individual residents.This is a full time role working Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm.
