Summary Independently performs a variety of administrative, marketing, and admission duties. Responsible and accountable for managing admission procedures for the School of Nursing. Prepares various reports and summarizes other data of substantial importance of a confidential nature. Also keeps accurate academic records as per requirement for Federal and State audits, NH Board of Nursing program approval and accreditors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.
Manages applicants through the admission process including assisting applicants with completing forms and requirements, tracking applicants’ status, preparing files for review, compiling applicant data, sending applicants notifications, setting up applicant interviews, coordinating new student orientation, updating and maintaining enrollment agreements.
Organizes academic records, maintains records according to federal, state, and accreditation standards. Assists with data collection related to required reporting such as IPEDs, accreditors, state and hospital officials.
Markets School of Nursing programs, updates website and social media accounts, coordinates open house and information sessions for potential applicants, coordinates and represents school at career fairs and other events, and works with the marketing department to promote the school.
Meets with interested people and with applicants to answer questions and provide support.
Works as a team member with other administrative roles in the school, sharing and delegating work as needed.

Education and Experience
€¯B.S. in Administration, Marketing, Higher Education or related field strongly preferred.
€¯Two years college admissions experience preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with this position that involves a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching. Occasional lifting/carrying of audiovisual equipment up to 25 lbs. Some stress related to high level of responsibility for quality care.
