Job duties include, but are not limited to: Greet and welcome clients and patients personally by name, answer their questions, and triage concerns.Observe signs of fear, anxiety, and stress in animal patients and offer solutions to promote a fear-free experience.Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages with solutions to client’s questions and concerns about their pet(s). Recognize and triage medical concerns so urgent needs are addressed in a timely manner.Offer clients compassionate emotional support during times of need; must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
