Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role entails maintaining precise records of payment transactions, updating payment and account information, and collaborating with team members to resolve payment discrepancies. Responsibilities Accurately process and post various types of payments including checks, credit card transactions, and electronic payments to the appropriate accounts. Conduct data entry tasks primarily using 10-key, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain organized records of payment transactions to facilitate reconciliation and reporting. Occasionally cover phone duties, delivering prompt and professional responses as required. Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues related to payment posting. Adhere to established procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy within the process. Utilize Microsoft Excel for organizing files, data entry, and scanning. Enhance your 10 Key Skills through daily tasks and responsibilities. Regularly update customer credit applications and records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements Possession of strong 10 Key Skills is essential. Proven experience in Data Entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to organize files efficiently. Experience in scanning documents and materials. Strong typing skills are required. At least one year of relevant work experience.
