Role and Responsibilities: Consulting Track Lead for the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing (INV, WIP, BOM, ASCP, Project Manufacturing) Work closely with Customer’s Business Analysts in the rollout of a multi-site Oracle EBS R12 implementation Provide functional analysis and execute EBS process mapping and configuration in the areas of Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing Suite
Qualifications Required: Excellent verbal & written communication skills, along with solid consulting/customer relationship skills, team player qualities, and Oracle process mapping skills Experience with Oracle R12 E-Business suite upgrades and implementations Must possess strong presentation skills: experience in team facilitation, business case development, leading design sessions, Conference Room Pilots, UAT, and training Experience implementing Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules in a Project Manufacturing environment a must Experience designing and documenting specifications for extensions in support of requirements not fitting standard Oracle EBS R12 functionality Good understanding of underlying data structures supporting Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules - coding experience not required but should be able to write SQL to support troubleshooting data issues Detailed knowledge of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) Experience in multi-org environment required Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
