As a Parts Solutions Product Manager at Konecranes, you will be responsible for the annual growth and strategic objectives of the United States parts business. The scope includes parts categories, parts capabilities, and retrofit packages. Part Solutions Product Management includes market research, defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing product development and launch. You will be the advocate for the customer, understanding their needs and working to deliver products that exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to market.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Strategy and Planning:Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancementsProduct Development:Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch high-quality products.Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, and other relevant documentation, like playbooks.Ensure that products are developed on time and within budget.Customer Focus:Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through feedback, surveys, and data analysis.
