POSITION TITLE: Product SpecialistREPORTS TO: Product Specialist ManagerPRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Sales Organization with identifying and quoting Spares Parts for KONECRANES and Legacy Brand Hoists & Crane Components, this includes the following functions:· Review parts request from Sales, requests are received via Efecte.· Use multiple ERP systems, drawings and historical data to help with the identification and quoting of parts.· In addition to quoting the requested parts, be proactive in quoting any additional parts that may be necessary to make the repairs.· Use Price Estimator to establish list prices for Manufactured Parts.· Interact with Purchasing Group/Vendors to get current pricing and delivery times for purchased parts.· Work with local Data Integrity Team for the creation of new ID’S, Master Data and pricing updates and replacement ID’S for obsolete parts· Request support from internal suppliers for Parts Identification and Pricing.· Work with Engineering to supply solutions for obsolete parts.· Respond to all quote requests within 48 hours.· Prepare recommended Spare Parts Packages for Hoists and or Complete Cranes.
