You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.We are seeking a talented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in New Braunfels, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing automation technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency in our production facilities.Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure optimal production efficiency and product qualityDesign and oversee the implementation of automation systems and equipment to improve manufacturing operationsConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and defectsCreate and maintain process documentation, including setup matrices, parameter cards, and work instructionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and design for manufacturability (DFM) initiativesLead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase productivityProvide technical support and training to production staff on new processes, equipment, and technologiesAnalyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processesParticipate in equipment selection, installation, and qualification processesTroubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing equipment and process issuesThe expected annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $114,000 a year depending on experience.
