(Are you an amazing Senior Business Analyst?)We’re looking for a talented professional to help us keep the  good energy flowing. As our Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery, analysis and solution design activities across complex technology initiatives. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to understand current environments, identify impacts, define requirements, and ensure solutions are practical, supportable and aligned to operational needs.This is not a traditional process-focused BA role. You'll enjoy getting into the detail of systems, integrations, data flows, legacy platforms and operational impacts while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes.You'll be involved in:Leading discovery and analysis across complex systems, applications, integrations and data environments.Defining business, technical, data and non-functional requirements.Assessing operational impacts, risks, dependencies and readiness requirements.Supporting testing, validation and acceptance activities.Facilitating conversations between business leaders, subject matter experts, architects, developers, testers and vendors.Helping shape implementation, readiness and change activities.Providing leadership, mentoring and coaching to other Business Analysts and team members. This role can be based at our Bell Block or Hamilton offices (with the ability to work from home a couple of days per week).
