We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Entry & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations by processing customer orders and supporting our internal sales teams. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing customer accounts to assisting in the preparation of sales proposals.Process machine, parts, and change orders including down payment invoicing, tax coding, and commission submissionsMaintain order entry tracking spreadsheetCreate order folders and prepare order acknowledgement documentation CRM: work with sales to create customer numbers and manage customer accounts/ opportunitiesMonitor request for quote inbox and set up new projects in SAPBackup for reception duties including supporting customer visits and no charge orders
