Agency Monetization Lead

NBCUniversal is looking for a passionate, well-organized, and highly effective individual to join our Platform Monetization team. This is an exciting career opportunity that will partner closely with the Platform Monetization & Agency Partnerships teams.As a liaison, the ideal candidate will deliver key strategic insights & support with the goal of maximizing revenue across the NBCU global sales portfolio throughout both the Upfront and Scatter marketplaces. You will also contribute cross-functionally in the planning, creation and communication of trends and insights through data analysis and storytelling.Duties and Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will need to be a creative thinker and be able to turn insights & trends into compelling stories by leveraging primary & syndicated data sourcesSupport all levels of the Agency Partnerships team in the creation of detailed analysis, reports and presentations covering that specific Agency’s NBCU’s Portfolio performance across both the Upfront and Scatter marketplacesCoordinate with the Platform Monetization management team to tactically drive company-wide goals within the agency group and improve operational sales processPartner with Agency Partnerships team on understanding client objectives and goals, while acting as subject matter expert on all Platform Monetization itemsResponsible for preparing, reconciling and issuing insights on key sales metrics (such as cash pacing, sell out, liability pacing, options, etc.) on an on-going basisAnalyze monthly & quarterly sales performance against trends, budget objectives & competitive spending patterns to drive financial performanceDevelop data extract and analysis routines using Ad Sales reporting tools to support the Platform Monetization goals against the Agency’s KPIsProactively gather and present information to high-level executives in a deadline-driven environmentCollaborate with Sales Solutions in the development of a new Ad Sales reporting suiteRespond to ad hoc metrics-related queries from the agency as necessaryCultivate strong internal relationships across all levels of the organization
