The Catering Lead plans, organizes and executes the catering business for an Eataly location. Reports to the Catering Manager.Creates proposals, contracts, event orders and packages tailored to each guest’s requestsNegotiates executive partnerships to sell catering packages for breakfast, lunch, dinner and largescale eventsOversees catering events from start to finish: books, plans and executes functionsExecutes all off-site catering for offices and VIP clients, coordinating delivery services and pickup businessActs as a trainer for team members on catering operationsCommunicates product and staffing needs for catering events on a daily basisManages catering call-backs from orders delivered same day to ensure 100% guest satisfactionHandles and resolves complaints/accolades and communicates results to managersEnsures catering collateral is displayed and stocked in the store at all times: catering menus, catering table, business cards, etc.Performs other duties as required or assignedCompensation: This position pays a base rate of $22-$25 per hour.
