WHAT DOES A DIRECTOR, MEDICAL DO? We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Director, Medical for our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical science, excellent communication skills, and a passion for translating complex medical information into impactful advertising. As the Director, Medical, you will be responsible for overseeing all medical content, ensuring scientific accuracy, and collaborating with creative and account teams to develop effective campaigns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:  Consulting with Creative, Account and Planning teams to develop compelling medical content across all digital and print media  Identifying new medical advances and opportunities, and implementing disease state knowledge to drive promotional efforts  Analyzing clinical data, conducting literature searches, participating in medical conferences and performing competitive analyses  Engaging and informing colleagues, healthcare professionals and clients, including medical, legal and regulatory groups  Collaborating in the development of EVERSANA INTOUCH POVs and recommendations with clients  Ensuring medical communications and promotional pieces meet and surpass marketing team objectives Guide the creation of clinically cogent and engaging promotional and KOL materials while ensuring effective use of clinical data to reach strategic brand objectives  Improve medical literacy across contributing agency teams; provide medical understanding on disease states, clinical trials, treatments and competition  Guide submissions for client medical/regulatory approval processes and help to incorporate client and regulatory feedback   Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.   All other duties as assigned
