You are typically not a software engineer. You are a domain insider who understands how large organizations really behave, embedded with one client, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and data scientists.What you'll do Embed with client teams to find the highest-leverage problems — the recurring decisions where better data changes the outcome this quarter Map how work actually gets done: who decides, who blocks, which workflow has been quietly broken for years Translate business reality into requirements engineers can build against, and keep scope honest against the metric that matters Own adoption and change management on the ground — onboard users, remove friction, turn skeptics into references Act as the client bridge: run working sessions, manage expectations, and surface the next opportunity while the current one is live
