Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing – Creative Partnerships, as the Manager, Marketing you will support the team in driving revenue as consultative partners to Sales and Clients through deep knowledge of our partners’ business, the assets across NBCU, and the power to unlock the most strategic, innovative, and lucrative marketing recommendations. You will manage and support Ad Sales marketing accounts from end-to-end, which includes, but is not limited to:Develop marketing strategies that leverage consumer, cultural and category insightsCollaborate cross-functionally to develop campaigns based on client objectives and utilizing assets across Comcast NBCUniversalEstablish project deliverables, and mapping out project milestonesVisual storytelling: weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applicationsSteward execution of sold marketing campaigns across single and multi-channel marketing solutionsDeliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external advertising clients by continually communicating expectations and negotiating satisfying resolutions to operational challenges as they surface throughout the project life-cycleCultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, creative and development teams, design, and researchAttend media/marketing calls with advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs, lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams, develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy, and pitch ideas succinctly & effectivelyWork with internal and external design resources to create custom design assets for pre-sale marketing materialsCollaborate on project management on Monday.com, and other systems as neededTrack performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with research, planning, sales, and marketingCreate partnership recap/wrap up decks for renewalsWork directly with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing for show partnershipsCollaborate and keep team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areasManage Marketing status documents, trackers and support with other administrative needsAssist in other general administrative support as requested, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, prize fulfillment
