The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at keeping complex marketing operations running seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Oversee marketing operations within Monday.com, including creating and maintaining standardized project templates, enforcing update discipline, and optimizing workflows for clarity and consistency across launches.Content Calendar Management: Own and maintain the master member marketing content calendar to align key messages, campaigns, and launch milestones.Field Communications: Draft clear, effective, and timely communications for the field team to ensure successful rollout of campaigns, promotions, and operational updates.Performance Tracking & Retrospectives: Lead post-launch retrospectives, weekly sentiment tracking, and metrics analysis; consolidate findings into insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Operational Reporting: Develop weekly operations review decks highlighting key initiatives, performance updates, blockers, and next steps for leadership visibility.Meeting Cadence & Accountability: Manage weekly status meetings and related communications; maintain agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability.Process Documentation: Create and update operational documentation for team workflows, campaign management, and best practices to drive scalability and efficiency.Newsletter Briefing: Brief in content for internal and field newsletters, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing priorities.
