The Salesforce Administrator (Litify Specialist) is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and continuous improvement of the firm's Salesforce and Litify platforms. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to improve business processes, automate workflows, maintain data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience.This position is based on-site at our Miami Lakes, Florida office and requires regular in-person collaboration with business users and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Salesforce and Litify user administration, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and licensing.Configure and maintain Salesforce and Litify functionality, including Flows, custom objects, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and automation.Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve user support requests in a timely manner.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality processes.Support system integrations and third-party applications.Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides.Conduct user training and promote platform adoption throughout the organization.Maintain system security, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
