From customer tours to AI workshops, you'll build skills in storytelling, Design Thinking, and stakeholder collaboration.Prepare and conduct executive-level customer tours through the Experience Center, presenting SAP products and the SAP innovation visionParticipate in preparation calls with account teams, engagement leads, and storytellers to shape each interactionCo-facilitate SAP Business AI and Agentic AI workshops, and run breakout sessions after completing onboardingLearn and deliver SAP innovation showcase content to customer audiences over timeCreate and adapt engagement content — presentations, demos, visuals, and post-visit summariesDevelop storytelling assets tailored to each customer's AI journey and business prioritiesCollaborate with designers, subject matter experts, and account teams on content and engagement deliverySupport continuous improvement initiatives and select projects across North American SAP Experience CentersWhere you belongThe Innovation Experience Services team delivers tailored engagements at SAP's Experience Center in New York, connecting account teams, subject matter experts, and leaders around each customer's business. You'll gain exposure to C-level conversations and SAP's innovation narrative in a high-visibility environment. This internship is based on-site at 10 Hudson Yards. QualificationsAnticipated Start Date: December 2026/January 2027  Duration: 12 MonthsSchedule: 40 HR/week Hybrid (Mandatory): New York City, NY (3-4x/Week) Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field.
